So I am torn with what I want to do to my Sedan. I will be getting my Nismo kit painted in the next few weeks and want to get all work done at the same time. I hate the look of the doggy door on the early Sedans so I want a new trunk. Now here is my dilemma; do I buy an oem trunk and paint it, FG Hikkatadori and paint, or CF Strafe V2/V3? My car is IP and I will be painting the roof black and chrome trim black as well. If I get the CF trunk I will also eventually get a CF hood. At the end of the day I know it comes down to personal preference but I am just looking for some suggestions I guess...

 

Go with the Strafe CF trunk V2

 

buy the hood before you buy the trunk, it'll look funny otherwise

 

Well if I go the CF route I will buy both at the same time. I won't need the body shop to do that work so that won't be a problem.

 

well, i'm a big fan of cf, as you can see. so carbon fiber hood & trunk get my vote.

 

V3 trunk and hood hands down!! Too many people rocking the v2 style

 

I agree! I am definitely leaning towards the V3. Not sure what it is about it but I really like it. And SDGenius, your car is what set off my sudden CF craze
