Air filter was changed within the last 6 months, i havent cleaned or replaced the throttle body

Nope no CAI or any engine mods. The hard part for me about this is the i dont believe it could be any types of sensors because theres no CEL's, i've heard the MAF can sometimes not throw any codes so my next choice would be moving onto the fuel pump

Torque converter. Had this happen to me on a different car. Everytime I would go to stop(foot on brake) the car would stutter real hard and stall. Does that sound like the problem?

could be the battery too. even tho the voltage is good it could be defective somehow and cutting power off to the car even tho the gauge lights come on and make sure the terminals are tight

This would cause the MIL light to illuminate because of no signal from the CPS. It would also cause the VDC and SLIP light to illuminate which is a common problem and is covered under a TSB.

OP you need to get a scan tool and look at the sensor data to have it diagnosed. It is going to be real hard and shot in the dark diagnosing over the internet without looking at it with a scan tool.
