Weird shaking problem? Please help

So when my car is parked, transmission in drive, idleing, the car will give a shutter every 20-30 seconds. Keep in mind that it drives fine, and when the car is stopped with trans in park and running it does not shake at all. Just got the car back from Infiniti today after being serviced with this problem. Any ideas?

Did it just start AFTER the dealer service?

What all was done during the service?

Well Infiniti called to inform me that it's the code p0021, which is why I went there in the first place. They'll let me know by Monday exactly what's causing the problem
