I'll step off the positive path that's being treaded just a bit here.

To me, it looks like a poorly calculated tire/rim setup. It just looks wrong.
If you were going for the 'stanced/flush' thing that is so popular these days, your rims are too small, and you're not low enough.

Unless you're planning on dropping this car onto the ground. Which is the only way that's going to look half-way proper.

My suggestion is to get proper tire sizes and roll/pull the fenders. The tires stretched out but not tucked in looks really, really dumb IMHO.

Just my $0.02, sorry that it's not a positive comment, but it's honest at least

To put it simply, coilovers will make your handling even better so you should go for them if you have not already. I was pretty content with the handling after I put coilovers on last year but the sways took it to a new level.

Fair enough, I'll look into it. Any particular ones you would suggest?

Also, there are always that 1% that aren't going to like someone else's setup because it doesn't look exactly like what THEY want. Unfortunately, the only mistake I believe was made was the tire size as it is currently throwing off abs,vdc and slip. Will be looking at closer to 235 45 18 to square it a bit more and get the overall diameter where it needs to be.

I'd have to see the full side shot to form a more clear opinion but I agree with TunerMax that the tires just look silly stretched but not tucked. From what I can see I do like the rim style though

I agree with this, though 1% is a bit of a stretch (pun intended )

Taste is a funny thing, and everyone has a different taste, to be sure. When somethings done right, but just not my taste, I still appreciate it.

This is a case where it doesn't look like it's done right, regardless of the 'taste' for flush/stretched cars. It takes a lot of planning, work, and money to pull of the flush/stretched look, it's not for everyone. But it seems in the last few years, everyone is trying, and failing.

I see it every day, it just looks like it was done IMPROPERLY, not a matter of taste on this one IMO.

Opinions are like a$$holes though, everyone has one, and they usually stink
