Exhaust setup on a budget.

Hey guys, I'm new here and this is actually my infiniti and I picked er up a few weeks ago, G35 03 Sedan, and I've absolutely fallen in love with it.

After the purchase of the car and dealing with other bills, I'm on a bit of a budget but I'd really like to do something about the exhaust. Right now everything in it is stock, and I love the sound of my engine but I'd like to do something about the exhaust.

So my question is, what setups are the cheapest on a budget but have a good sound, I dont want any ricer rasp or exhaust rattle or anything that just sounds like a total goon ricer, I'd like to stay away from that completely. I live in arizona and you see ricer civics everywhere and I'd rather ride a moped than have my car sound like that lolol.

Thanks again mates <3

(The budget is somewhere from 250-450)

Eh, the engines run so smooth they just have a natural buzz to them, so you get that noise on almost everything. I run the tanabe medalion exhaust, and it sounds nice, to me at least. Check out the exhaust compilation sticky and see what you like.

Would this work as a mid pipe, if I got a 350z stock one? http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/pts/2979813462.html

You need a coupe midpipe, the z ones are shorter. Add HFC and a hr
Y pipe and call it good

Coupe mid-pipe or Z mid-pipe w/ extension and 05+ axleback. Upgrade to the HKS axleback for a louder effect. Add a HR y-pipe if you can get one. I'm sure an 05+ intake box w/ Z-tube helps with the sound of the airflow as well. Take out your cats to get the slight raspiness.

If you want to duplicate that sound exactly, I'm sure the Flowmaster 80 series muffler should sound similar on a G.
