Is black obsidian.....metallic paint?
Had my car for 3 weeks now. Is it just me?...but I can't seem to see any metallic on my black obsidian. Is the salesperson wrong that he said it's metallic? I believed the silver ones are metallic paint.
Quick question, I found a small little scratch on the side of the door and underneath the black paint is the metal/alumnium color. For people that owns silver, when you get a scratch is it hardly noticeable? Because for black, you can easily see it when you walk close.
My other car...honda is white...and when you scratch the bumper, it reveals black inside, where I had another car before...black eagle talon tsi...and when you get a scratch on bumper, it reveals yellow or white. What's up with that?

There are no metal "specs" in the Back Obsidian paint. It is not a metallic paint like the Brillant Silver, Desert Sand, and Diamond Graphite are, but personally, I think it looks the best on the G (although I am a bit biased).

I, myself love black cars but it’s also a pain to keep it clean. How you hide the little scratches here and there? Or you garaged it all the time and never take it out? haha
What colot interior do you guys with Black exterior have? I was assuming I would get black, but I saw a car with the Beige interior and wood grain and it looked very nice.
I wanted to get wood grain, but I don't know if it will look right with the Black interior, any comments?

I have black interior, and my biased opinion thinks that it looks nicer than willow. This is what my interior looks like with wood. You can be the judge if you like it or not.

Your hood is just like glass...very nice. I have never used Zaino before, but it obviously does a great job. I wonder if it's available in Canada.
Zaino is available by online ordering here http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc
I had to reduce the size of the hood picture to post here. In the high res. format, you can read the small lettering on the box on my gun safe through the reflection. Pretty much a mirror finish if done properly.
