(flash back to my Maxima days)........now for mods: y-pipe, k&n drop in filter w/stock airbox mod(basically removing that power duct piece), 350z intake tube(mid-pipe in Maximaspeak), remove that suitcase pre-muffler go straight pipe and that will change that stock intake/exhaust note to a mean snarl that will turn heads....no joke. oh yeah, welcome aboard.

Dave B--How are your tires? I know I will have to get new tires in a few months. I'm considering the avon techs since they are nearly half the price of the stock tires and rate very well in dry and wet conditions.
G35sedanman--thanks, nice car as well. I like the newer trunk design too, but I would guess that those that prefer a debadged trunk......... no large I N F I N I T I letters on the back, might prefer the doggie door trunk.

They have the G sedan at 6.1 sec. to 60mph.

That is one nice, snug fitting bra. I never thought I would say that to a man.
Seriously, it fits well, and the contrast looks good!
I am assuming that is an Infiniti issued bra, correct? How much?
Is it hard to fasten/unfasten the clips/hooks? 15min. job?
Does it damage the paint with swirls by virtue of just being on the paint or by flapping onto the paint b/c of the wind; or is there a demarcated ghost of where the bra used to be?
Would I be safe with black paint and a bra? I would guess so, as long as I clean and dry the bra and place it on a clean car.
I would not have the contrast on a black car, but I still think it would look nice(snug) and low-key on a black sedan as well. I think I would do a week on and a week off.
Finally, If I end up getting the aero front bumper in a year or so, I am sure I could sell my bra real cheap and buy one for the aero bumper--or is that not available?
Sorry for the "machine gun" assault of questions. Thanks in advance.

Yes the front end Bra is from Infiniti. Part number INF 999N1-JP000 Nose Mask G35. List was 127.20 and I purchased it for 106.00 plus tax for a total of 112.36. I got it at Infiniti of Coconut Creek, Coconut Creek, FL 954-861-6102. That part # was for a 2004 sedan ( and possibly the 2003)
The first install was a bear, that was one tight BRA!! ( I remember thinking that frequently when I was younger...lol)
I do not have any paint swirls, the bra fits pretty tight. I have noticed some lifting of the middle section when cruising in cooler weather but therre is padding to protect the hood and no damage,no color variations have occurred. I probably caused the stretching by washing under the area while the section is still in place. It is so easy to take that section off, I will do that when washing. Installation now takes about 6 - 10 minutes. I make sure the covered areas have been waxed, the dirt is washed from the bra and it is put on wet if need be. Living in So Florida does not always provide me with dry weather and I am not paranoid about paint problems cause if need be, I'll just buy a new bra when the time comes.
I don't know about Nose Masks for the Aero bumper.
Black on Black would look fine I had a black 2000 Maxima Se with a black Bra. It was more sensative but removal and a few days off took care of the cloudy condition the bra caused. All paints are different. It is possible that some paint colors/brands are more susceptable to variations from oxydation. I would ask a paint shop professional.
I figure this, either you are going to have paint/bug chips and spots or possible bra damage. If you are conscientious about removal and cleaning under the Bra, it should be a win situation for you. Hope I covered all your questions. Have a great Sunday.
