Enjoy, you will really like the manual. In a car like this, the manual makes the car so much more enjoyable to drive.

The 6MT is a great car (my 911 feels neglected these days). Mine is equipped just like yours, but mine is black with willow interior. I just got the windows tinted. As soon as it stops raining here in the northeast I will take some photos too. Good luck with yours.

how's the transmission, I mean is the shifting pretty smooth? Does it have long throws, or is it a nice short throw feel? Also, are the 6MT sedans in limited production?

They are producing much fewer 6mt's than autos...tough to find em on the lot.

To me the tranny and clutch are near perfection. The clutch has just the right stiffness, it's not touchy and you can get perfect shifts easily. The throws are nice and short, and the gates are easy to find and tight. Some think its notchy but not me. You want notchy drive a Saab.

I do not know about the production number. As far as the shift, compared to my 911 it is very smooth and short. I’m still getting use to push the shift level down before putting it in reverse. It’s a great car to drive.

I believe that the clutch, tranny, and throws are almost perfect. I love to drive the vehicle even in bumper to bumper traffic here in Sacramento. I just got my windows tinted this week will have some pics soon.
