remove oe side skirts

So trying to take mine off to paint. I see the screws on the side but what else do you need to do to take them off?

there are clips when you open the door and screws on the bottom. And you have to pop them off, there are plastic clips inside the skirts also.

Ok. I will have to look at it tomorrow to see the clips inside the skirts. Sounds akward but prob easier to see while doing it

Whats behind the side skirt exactly, does it look better with them removed? I have a silver g35 03, and its got grey side skirts and i'd love to take them off, just not sure whats behind them.

There are plastic clips that clip onto the car. The clips are what im talking about.

there is nothing behind there. Most people get them painted or nismo sides. Even the 05-06 OEM side skirts fit also.

Would it be the original paint of my car that would be behind them?
