READY: PS 5/16”+TBS+TURBONATOR+Z-Tube

Two weeks ago it was installed some stuff to increase air flow

Motordyne ISO cooper plenum spacer 5/16” (250 USD shipped)

NONAME Throttle body spacer (60 USD shipped) + NONAME TURBONATOR SHORT RAM COLD AIR INTAKE TURBO FAN (40 USD shipped)

Stillen Z-tube (100 USD shipped)

After tacking a cover of a plenum, it was some oil dirt, that’s normally for a 2003 year car :

Upper plenum cover, bottom plenum cover and throttle body was cleaned by fuel and special chemistry:

TB spacer installed:

Plenum spacer installed:

Upper plenum with TBS with TB ready to install:

TURBONATOR in stock Z-tube ready to install:

TB installed:

PS installed:

It was not trouble to install all this stuff. Good instruction and video in DIY on g35driver.com helps to do this.

So, my impressions.
It was first increase a torque after 3.000 rpm, and second - after 5.000 rpm in stock.
Now it's in after 2.500 rpm, and after 4.500 rpm, and after 4.500 rpm begins HELL
It's very impress!!!
Sound of working engine a don't change.
After a week of using all of in, I think to delete TURBONATOR, it’s effect like dirty air flow filter.
And when Stillen Z-Tube was shipped, it’s immediately was installed!

And now, all this stuff a begins to work correctly!!!
Sound from 0 to 2.500 stay like a stock.
After 2.500 till 6.500 it’s some louder, not too much, but very uniformly and very soundly for ear.
I’m hear now, how air flow goes thru air filter – very good! The engine a breathes!
And I’m fill much increase performance after 2.500 rpm.

Soon it will be exhaust: HEADERS+ARTPipes+CAT back

P.S. My English writing are not so good, sorry, Friends

I hate to tell you this, but you wasted your money on the turbonator. It is a scam and actually decreases airflow. Good luck.

Yes, it was like an experiment and I wanted to check it myself, knows that it can just waste my money.

In fact, its actually decreases airflow and was deleted, during Stillen Z-Tube installation.

And now I know: TURBONATOR is SUCKS!

No no you did it wrong. If the turbonator doesn't work, then you need to add another one.

That should have been an experiment kept to yourself.

Haha, y'all leave the guy alone about the turbonator. At least he took it off. Everything else looks good man, keep it up.

I have read mixed results about the TB spacer? With your mods you might be better without it.

You didn't have to waste your money on a turbonator, we could have told you it was garbage.

I cant find the thread that explained why...? The guys on the drag strip said it didnt give much gain, I would think it would be a more popular mod if it added something to the car. Someone chime in on this, as if it is worth it I will mill my own... THanks!
