Recommend to me...

A good suspension set up. Here is my situation. Its time for a new set up cause parts don't last forever. First some background. I use my car for work. I drive around MD,DC and VA urban areas fairly often usually 400-500 miles a week of driving. i want to go lower and still have good handling. ride quality isn't too crucial to me, I'm young, ill survive, but I cant be pushing pebbles, cause in DC I'll just end up tearing the front end off on a pothole.Sp what say you ?

What's your budget? bigger rims and a decent set of coilovers will make you LOOK a lot lower while maintaining some clearance under the car to keep it functional, post up what your current set up is plus pics and we'll do what we can

^what he said. I've got 19's and I'm lowered an inch and a half, and I still have about two inches of ground clearance.

Oh, and I believe you just have to copy the IMG code to post the pics, not the actual link.

I'm getting in on this too as I've got basically the same current setup and same goals and would love to hear what folks suggest.

I won't speak for the OP but I really have no idea what a reasonable budget would be. This is the first car that I've owned that I'd consider worthy of doing this sort of work -- hell, I never even washed my last car (99 Altima). So as a result, I'm a bit behind the curve when it comes to these types of modifications. I don't know if I'm looking at spending $200 or $20,000 (hopefully not 20k.)

In terms of price, there are tons of options. Many people on here will recommend BC coilovers, Stance, etc. because they are reasonably priced and allow for adjustability. You could of course go with springs/shocks as well. Just depends on what you are willing to spend.
