Are they physically shorter than sedan springs, or do they just get more compressed when installed on the sedan?

I'm almost positive they're shorter, and know that the sedan doesn't weigh much more than the 350z (and is lighter coupe), so don't give me a newbie response. haha. I'm just looking for confirmation before purchasing. Cheers!

I ran coupe rears and Z fronts I believe. The best way to indentify is the markings, not the measured uncompressed length

I wasn't clear in my post, I meant to ask if the springs from a coupe or 350z are shorter than the stock ones on a sedan?

You could run both sets and not really tell the difference. It would be small if any. Technically, there's supposed to be a difference.

Do you mean between the coupe and 350? I am asking about the difference between the coupe and sedan, or 350 and sedan. Basically, is the 350 spring shorter than a sedan one, and is the coupe spring shorter than a sedan one? I should have just said the coupe vs sedan to make things less complicated lol.

I'm looking for uncompressed lengths. I'll check it out for direct comparison pics of springs off the car though.

they should be about the same uncompressed, however, if they are used, the uncompressed height may be different. Don't rely on the uncompressed height to determine which is which..

i have g35x sedan springs and g35 coupe springs side by side. They are both equal length uncompressed for the rear.

I cant speak for the front because my spring is still compressed to the strut.

Yes, they are physically shorter. The unrevised Z springs share the same spring rate as the sport package equipped sedans. The shorter Z springs gives sport sedans a 1-1.5" drop in front and 1" drop in rear when compressed.

The unrevised G35 coupe rear springs are slightly longer than the Z unrevised rears, about 1/2". For a more even drop around, I'd recommend going with the G35 coupe rear springs. I've had this setup for a while and love it. Not a crazy drop, but it looks nice.
