CAI intakes rarely do much. K&N is overpriced on their filters too. Better off with a non-oiled filter. Most "cold air intakes" don't actually go into the fender well like a true cold air intake. The stock intake is decent, with the 350z tube and a different filter you will be good to go.

Bro, you don't need to go FI to beat a freakin TL-S. I ran a stock one and absolutely murdered it; it was bad. Albeit, I'm modded and rwd. Get a plenum spacer, test pipes, exhaust, intake and grounding wires. Those seem to be doing the trick for me. My car runs like a champ. Good luck.
