Wink At Last! Just got a G!

Just got home last night with the car I have waited for 2 1/2 years to buy!
I got one of the last 04's at Valencia CA. Great experience, and got my 5AT (Standard model only, unfortunately), and I feel I got a good deal. Although I don't know anyone there, so I couldn't negotiate through the holdback, I did get the mudguards and oil changes for the first 120,000 miles for dealer invoice price. They showed me the invoice and it matched the number I got from a certain consumer magazine service.

Since then I have been devouring this site. I am happy to join what looks to be a great group, and I look forward to asking and giving advice and future mods and fun of all kinds.

04 5AT Sedan, Pearl White, willow, mud guards and hopefully lots more!

Welcome and congrats. I have a brilliant silver with graphite interior 04 Sedan AT, premuim package. I love it. Tomorrow, I am going to buy a handle to fit above the drivers door and get rid of that stupid useless card holdr. I had an I35 that I had constant trouble with. One saturday while in for sservice yet again,an older gentleman brought his G sedan in for service. I asked him how he liked it and he said it was the best car he ever owned. He also gave quite an impressive list of vehicles that he had previously owned. At that point, I thought maybe if I had coughed up the extra bucks and bought the G, I would not be at the dealer all the time with problems. As it turned out, the dealer helped me out of the troubled I35 as Infiniti Corporate was not willing to help. To this day, they still won't. I however am a a happier car owner as the G gives a nice blend of sport and luxury. Good luck with your new car.

Welcome to the site! Wow, you waited 2 1/2 years to buy! Almost 3 years ago, I walked into the dealership for a test drive and wasn't even in the market for a new car, and I walked out with a signed sales contract.

Check out some of the fun stuff on the General and Finer Living Forums as well. G35Driver becomes a lifestyle after a while.

Welcome to the G family. There is tons of info on these forums. It's really an invaluable resource for everything G.
