New G-Driver. Old G35...

Hey G35Drivers!

I just bought my first Infiniti monday. Its a 03 std. sedan. Its got loads of problems but thats how I like to buy cars.. Only paid 1800 for it, clean title and it runs awesome!.. Passed cali smog and got tags all for 134.95. Cant beat it. Im the second owner with 133 994 on the clock. Its suffering from all the 03 problems it seems like..lol.. Ac stuck on (which isnt too bad here in the high desert), radio not working, both seats wouldnt move forward only back (fixed this morning with electrical contact cleaner). Needs paint but I just dropped it off to get resprayed black. And the ball joints are shot out.
The lady kept the car in decent running order. All service records and manuals are in the glove box. She said she loved the car till her husband got her a new ford... It set on the side of her house more then a year baking..lol.. she wanted it as second car but never touched it once she got her new suv. Now its mine....

Indash and full sound system, Rims, lowing springs and new ball joints should get her right.. Intake and exhaust of course.. Ill keep updating this thread and ask questions here to keep new threads down... My goal is a Bad a$$ family sedan under 5k.. Open to all suggestions..

The AC problem is related to the radio not working. Check the fuses in the kick panel. I blew a fuse and the radio stop working but the ac stayed on until I replaced the fuse. Good Luck

Thanks neo_anderson302. Ill defenitley try that soon as I get the car back home from paint. I didnt know the people. Im always out riding my goped and came across it weeks ago. But when I talked to her then she couldnt find the pink at the time. I finally just went back with paper work from dmv for a duplicate title and she signed it over... I always see cars parked covered in dust. Just dont often ever see the owner. Been eyeing another car for a while too. I got the white jetta in my yard pretty must tje same way. But it only had a block in it at the time cause the cam fallower broke in the head. Got it for 900 and replaced the head and most everything around it for another 900.. tdi clockin 44mpg all day highway..

Ill Knock on wood for you too.. But maybe the past owner repaired the common problems. Check ur ball joints tho. Seem like alot of G owners share the same key failures. Not just 03 but the first year always has the most bugs imo.. Nothing major if you know ur way around a garage.. I do all my own work besides paint and upholstery, which I got great guys for both.
