Weird misfiring(?) issue??

So my car has been having a problem with while youre stopped with the engine running, you will feel a pretty violent shaking. Shake will last for maybe 1/8 to 1/4 of a second so it's not throwing any codes. Infiniti dealership suggested it was the ignition coils, but I replaced all of them a&d the car didn't shake for a couple days. Then it came back. Wondering if anyone has an idea of what the problem could be. Also I noticed if the engine is running but transmission is in park, you will not feel any shaking, has to be out of park. Any help would be appreciated

Do you have a code indicating a misfire?

If the coils are new, and the spark plugs are good, it's probably a sensor issue, IF it's actually mis-firing.

We need more definition/video of this 'shaking', is there any other symptoms of a misfire or vibration while driving, or is this ONLY at idle? (low RPM)

Also does the shaking go away if you rev the engine up?

I have a 2004 G35 Sedan and this has just started happening to me too. Shaking of the engine while idling at red lights... I'm not sure where to start with fixing it.

Shaking goes away once I step on the gas. It's happened couple of times now. Once after low speed and stopping and once after hard acceleration and stopping. Happened only once each time during that trip. It does not happen all the time.. very random. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to ask what may seem redundant, but does it shake ALL THE TIME at idle when warm (idling around 750 RPM) ?

Just want to make sure it's a misfire, etc, and not a vibration due to something out of balance, like a flywheel.

Not all the time only happened couple of times in the last month. Please read my post above.

I read the post but it wasn't clear, just wanted to make sure, if it's intermittent then I would suggest diagnosis for an intermittent/random misfire.

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G35/Sedan/

EC section, Look for P0300

That said, didn't see your year, transmission, model anywhere int his thread or your garage, that info helps.
