To Skeleton Cru--I know it is his car, thanks for pointing out the obvious; I am giving my opinion--deal with it--Not all responses will invoke a group hug. I never said that the car was not nice--I just said it looked a bit plain jane with the infiniti emblems removed--I see the Infiniti (symbol) emblem--I was referring to what's missing---the "I N F I N I T I" emblem or emblems (letters). It looks defaced--marred, vandalized(by comparison to original) in my opinion. You can not make me like it, like I can't make him dislike it. Just voicing my opinion--to me, when I see a debadged car--I think that activity should be limited to civics, maximas and lesser cars--I think the G35 should be above that kind of tampering. I know it is his car, he can paint it lime green and put a mirrored tint on it for all I care--It's his car. I am just giving my opinion. I am starting to think this forum is turning into somekind of lovefest where the lovefest police scold anyone who does not post a completely positve reply. As far as the tint, you can go limo in the back in Texas with out any cop problems, but where you live--I guess its a different story.

Nice car overall though--

Oh, and get rid of the wind deflector--yesterday. And why did you go with such weak tint in the back? That is usually the tint that old people put on their cars.
You have a funny way of saying his car is nice.

You can not make me like it
I wasn't trying to make you like it.

With only 56 posts and having only been a member for four months I doubt you know what this forum is "turning into". You don't even know what it was like in the past. As far posting a negative opinion, post away, but when you come down hard on someone that doesn't deserve it, I'll call you on it every time.

Whatever, go get a group hug somewhere else--you think you are impressing anyone with your 8million post count--big deal--I have been around this site alot longer than I have been a member you presumptuous lovefest cop. I attacked his tint, and rear debadging/wind deflector; I never said his color selection is lame, or I hate those wheels, or whatever--Next time you read a post bring a box of tissues, and someone's hand to hold--because you are way too sensitive---I call it like I see it--deal with it.

Wow, you are one angry guy. I’m not here to impress anyone, much less you. Apparently you believe your opinion is terribly important, which is fine, but it’s your delivery that could use some work. Try a little less name calling and you’ll find it goes over much better.

I attacked his tint, and rear debadging/wind deflector
The operative word here is “attacked”. Attacking people’s taste, cars, mods, etc. just isn’t something that’s tolerated here. Personal attacks even less so.

Next time you read a post bring a box of tissues, and someone's hand to hold--because you are way too sensitive
If you think I am being overly sensitive then keep popping off and you’ll see what happens. People on this forum don’t like that sort of thing.

I call it like I see it--deal with it.
So do I, and I see you acting silly, so knock it off already.

Skeleton Cru: The only thing I can tell you is, you have a right to post what you want, and I have a right to post what I want. I just lose patience with people objecting to negative replies. "Keep popping off," what, you own this forum?--what--you are going to have me banned, you're gonna have people in your buddy list start ganging up on me, what?.... I have not said or done anything vulgar or inappropriate--just because we don't exactly see eye to eye--you are going to start exerting your passive aggressive comments--"keep popping off, and see what happens." Name calling? That was just my way of describing your behavior--"love-fest cop," come on this is not a doctoral dissertation, this is informal--joking around and having fun with our choice of words. I like to have fun with that kind of stuff; for example you can print this thread out and keep it in your man purse to read later on in the day--just dumb stuff like that--but I guess this site is too grown up for that.
Where I perhaps have been wrong is getting all worked up about a negative response (in my mind) to my negative response to someone's thread--freedom of post is a two way street. So rock on my left coast brotha', I mean carry on my fellow g35 member. Oh and by the way, I am not a member of this board and posting stuff on another board about how you guys don't know squat about this and that--this is going on in recent threads. No two face here--what you see is what you get.

I’m just trying to warn you. I have no clout on this forum, I’m a peon just like you. I don’t have a buddy list, it’s just me. But, I’ll say it again, people don’t like it when the name calling starts to fly. It’s just a fact on this forum. If you get banned it won’t be from me.

I’m all for having fun and joking around with each other. Honestly though, you really don’t know me so it doesn’t go over real well. It sounds like a personal attack. But hey, that’s just my opinion.

Texan1, It is only too easy to get the wrong picture from someone, you must admit. For that reason it's advisable to be careful with one's joking ... Using smilies helps get the humour across and keeps things light.

We pride ourselves in keeping things fairly friendly without the namecalling, and in my opinion, it's what makes visiting here pleasant and productive.
Arguing in the forums is non-productive and usally leads to sillyness and namecalling which is when one of us has to get involved.

I'm sure both you and Skeleton_Cru are nice people, so let's try to get along and be nice G-brothers too. If you have a strong negative opinion about something posted, espressing this might upset others, so maybe being not quite so negative would help.....Or avoiding the discussion altogether.

Happy posting, and thanks for listening.....
