I have seen a few posts where AT have used a MT shift ring + aftermarket shifter and boot to give the MT look. I was looking here:

Have tried searching for DIY and part # but have been unsucessful.

Does anyone have:

(1) A DIY for how to remove old ring and install new one, and
(2) The part # for the MT ring?
