I have a 03 sedan and was wondering if i could replace my seats with 03 coupe seats ? is that possible ?

Yes you can. I have an 04 sedan and change my seats to the 04 coupe seats the drivers side was plug and play since both seats where heated but the passenger side was not everything works except for the heated function on the passenger side I didn't know which wire to splice to get that to work and since its the passenger seats who cares if the heated function works or not.
