Rear Wheel Bent In - Repair Costs

Purchased my 2005 G35 Sedan a few months ago and love the car. I have been following the forums but now I have a reason to post.

Before I get flamed... No I was NOT drifting, lol.

Fresh rain + wet oily leaves = spun into median. Gotta say though, solid car, didnt feel a bit of twist, no visible body damage, all the doors open and close nice and crisp.

I am insured so it will be taken care of, just curious as to the average cost of these repairs? Is there any damage I should be looking for? Any questions I should be asking the adjuster?

All you're questions should be of the shop you're using to get this fixed. They do the work and submit the estimates and bills to the ins. company. You have the right to pick the shop! Going to a dealer is no different than a private shop as far as your costs (0) so think of that.

I would only consider having work done at the dealer or a highly reputable shop. I spoke with the adjuster this morning and I chose to have them bring it to a very reputable shop, well known for their quality of work and attention to detail.

I will probably find out on Wednesday what work needs to be done. I will post the details when I get them.

Start with lower camber arm, wheel bearing, and a lifetime alignment. If you hear noises or alignment is shot, then look into anything else that would effect camber or toe.
