Weird lighting prob: one fog out, but DRL/high still works?

Weird lighting prob: one fog out, but DRL/high still works?
My passenger side fog light just cut out, but the DRL and high beam still work -- which is the same bulb! 
How is this even possible???
[It's an '06 Sedan with aftermarket 9003/HB2 bulbs.]
