Roof spoiler install help

Just got my roof spoiler. Ebay type. I was wondering if the spoiler butted all the up to the roof lip or it started at the edge of the top of the glass, leaving the channel open. Please help thanks.

Is that a coupe? I have a 4dr sedan 04' and i have a channel. Where it looks like you have a rubber molding.

I left the channel there on mine but I'm gonna take it off and put it back on covering the channel...that gap/channel between the roof spoiler and roof looks awkward.

Only thing about covering the channel is it increased the angles on the ends to meet the roof. Im pretty sure it wont hold. Laying it on the glass is more straighter.

The sedans don't come with the rubber thing? I would just lay it flat against the glass and push it as far up as it will go.

u put that extra rubber molding on the roof? so ur roof spoiler is actually sitting lower than its supposed to

the reason i left the channel opem is so that moisture doesnt get trapped.
