So where I live I have a lot of gravel and country type roads and I am wondering if anyone has put a black bra on their G. My wife drives mine all the time and I am starting to see a lot of wear on the lower part of the bumper. Any help would be appreciated!

I wouldn't advise a cloth bra. It'll do more harm than good.

 

I have used cloth bra on my 03 coupe since 2003 but you need to make sure you take care of the bra & car. This has saved me some major damage from flying gravel and other objects.
Clear Bra has it pro & cons also- which I have on my one of the other cars, the plus is it's always there but if you have to remove it- you will have pain line.
Both bras have their good and bad. Cloth bra is cheaper then 3M clear bra

 

We have a clear bra on the hood, sorry I have a sedan model. I am wondering if I could submit an insurance claim on it but I can't find a cloth bra I really like.

 

you could just use bumper bra but you could not file insurance claim
