What's your mileage? Might be time to replace the plugs. Another thing to try is cleaning the MAF and replacing the air filter if you haven't already done that. We tackled all 3 on my friends Maxima after a year or so of neglect and his car gained a few MPG as well as power/throttle response.

Only 39K on an 05. The first owner was an older guy whom barely drove it. I've already changed out all fluids and filters when I got it 8 months back. Haven't done a MAF cleaning though...

I've gotten 25-26MPG on highway trips. basically cruise control the entire way will get that done. I run 89 octane in my car...have for years now.

Ditto here in my 03 Sedan with 159k. Still get the same number.
