You can sue for anything, winning is another issue.

Sorry to hear about the damage.
Hope you get it all sorted out.

I'd look for a black truck. Seem like there's just rubber marks on the damaged area.

Stupid cameras never work when you need them too.

Sucks but it's your fault for parking on the corner. That hit could have been a lot worse Of course someone is going to cut that corner. And if you pulled in instead of backing in like you should in those parking garages then your rear bumper would be replaced. again sorry to hear but that is just a dumb move to park there

so i park in a "parking spot" (well within the lines and the furthest back you can go) and its my fault for parking there? LMBO!!! excuse me Mr. Drive thru Parking Spaces, i didnt know people actually thought that was the way to drive in a parking structure. So all the corner cars get hit? why wasnt my car hit more than once then?... only good thing u said was i couldve got my rear bumber replace.... GTFOH!

I've gotta grudgingly agree, I wouldn't be happy with that fitment on my car. Looks like azz to the educated eye, but I would bet most people wouldn't even pick up on the fitment.
