Car meters and displays not functioning after Jump...

My car has been acting erractic after getting jumped...I replaced the battery because it died back to back.

But I noticed after the second time it got jumped that the guage apparently spun around and is stuck behind the ticker.

2 things...

1. Is the guage now broke or is it simply stuck behind the ticker? I have no CEL on so I'm assuming the guage itself is fine, but just spun around because it was jumped.

2. Is this overly hard to fix, can I do it myself. I do most minor work on my car, and have the tools to do it I imagine...but I've never tinkered with the dash.

Also, half of the orange backlights on my display on the dash, stereo, shifter, and center console are no longer illuminated. The Tach and Speedo are still on, and the radio station is illuminated, but everything else is off...I'm assuming this is a fuse, but which one?

Thanx

I had the gauge flip happen to me in my previous car after getting jumped. I had to take it to my mechanic as they had a tool that was able to correct it.
