Bluetooth module location?

Hey guys,

I'm new here - just bought 06 G35 MT sedan. I've read a lot of good info on here and was getting ready to install my ipod adapter to factory Bose with Nav but then ran into a problem.

None of my phones in the house - iphone 3, 4, 5 - or the Infiniti service guy's phone can find the car to pair up to the bluetooth. I can talk to the car and tell it to pair and even delete previous owner's phone, but the car is never recognized by new phones.

So...if I can't get bluetooth through the car's factory setup, then I might as well just replace the OEM stereo altogether and not even mess with the ipod adapter.

Before I start ripping the trunk and dash apart, does anyone know where the bluetooth module/box is located? Maybe it got disconnected when one of the previous owners added sirius or something like that.

Any ideas. Thanks for any help and all the great info on this forum.

Yep, the telephone antenna was just unplugged. It's never been that easy before!
