Thoughts on the Sedan version of the splash guards

My wife bought me some for Valentine's Day for my TB sedan.

Wonder what people think of the 03-04 sedan version (there are already dozens of threads on the coupe version).

As compared to the coupe version that looks almost like part of a mini-body kit, do you guys feel the same way about the sedan version ?

While the reduction of 'splash' up the sides of the car is the benefit, I don't want to put them on if they look too 'Splash-guard-like'.

socketz... go for it. i don't think they look splash-guard-ish (like those black rubbery ones you see on some cars and trucks) since they paint-match the car's exterior and form a continuation with the wheel area. plus, with your dark colored sedan, anything that adds to the look of the car AND protects/reduces dirt from getting on it would be a plus in my book.

I have the factory splash guards on my '04 Sedan, and I think they look great!

Dude ABQG35, you and I have the exact same car, including the chrome rims.-hehe, they look nice on our cars. Also, I dont know about your leather but mine is black. So the whole look of the diamond graphite with the factory (stock) black body kit looks mean as hell with the black leather and tint.

Yep, my interior is graphite too! The chrome wheels look classy, part of the reason I picked this car!

do you know if dealers are cuttin' deals on them like some are on the aero kits because of the change of body style.

First off, thanks for the the feedback ABQ/G35Girl (nice lips BTW)....looks like there really are no negative aspects to splash guards.

As for deals on the old aero kit, both times I've called to ask about this they said "doesn't work that way"....guess it's still too early....I'd guess that you'll see them blowing out the old body kits once the 06s begin to appear on the lot.

When I asked about it yesterday, they quoted $3700 installed !!!! No way.
