Is this an HID bulb or a halogen?

2004 Infiniti G35x AWD

I want to believe I purchased this car stock. The right headlamp went out.

Pic of working light on opposite side.

Also does anyone know which # it would be if i odered it

I think that's a h-4 bulb, check your manual to make sure.

Looks HID to me.

Check the outer lens...lower corner. If it's an HID it will say "D2R" If it's halogen it will say either H4 or H1. I forget which bulb the low beam is

didn't all 2004's come with HID's?

i thought only earlier 2003's came with halogens.
