My wife ripped the engine splash guard, drivers side fender well liner and it looks like some other stuff from inside her bumper on 2004 g35 sedan.

I know we need these two pieces:

And I cant tell if we absolutely NEED this part (#10.) or of it is just nice to have?
I also cant find the Nissan/Infiniti P/N for it. Help???
