Removal of Red Lines in Reverse Lights

I decided to remove the red lines in my reverse lights. However, I am having a heck of a time getting them out. The hair dryer didn’t work. I put them in the oven and that didn’t work. I turned the oven to 200 and left them in there for 10 mins.
Does anyone have a suggestion? It shouldn’t be this hard so maybe I’m doing something wrong. And yes I followed the DIY.

You only need some 90degree pick / Pliers to pull on them from the inside, just be careful not to cul the plastic, otherwise just pull it out with pliers.

Don't put tail lights in the oven, that'll never work. They are sealed with permaseal and heat has no effect. Like the last 2 posters stated, needle nose pliers and a little care, you can pull them right out.

Thank you all. I bought the 90 degree needle nose pliers and pulled them out. One side got partially ripped and lodged on the side. But it's part of the clear and rather than scratch the lenses I left it alone. Again thanks to everyone who replied.
