I searched can't find answer.. I wana get a pair of halogen's on eBay for $170 instead of $300 for 1 Xeon.
Will they plug into my harness? Its an 03' sedan w OEM hid

 

No, it won't work. HID bulbs don't operate on normal 12VDC like standard halogen bulbs do. Instead, they get their power through ballasts, not a whole lot unlike the overhead fluorescent bulbs.

If you wanted to switch back to halogen you could spend a little time pulling the OEM ballast out and supplying the 12V to a halogen bulb. But why would you want to do that?

 

I assume you mean you want to buy a pair of Halogen headlight housings vs HID housings.
