G35x 2005 radio and a/c problem.

Hey guys, here's my problem. I have a g35x 05 with about 70k miles on it. Recently I had a battery that drained overnight. I did the search and located that the drain was coming from the radio fuse located near the engine bay. I've searched online and discovered that many people had the same problem. So I went on and took off the bose radio assembly in order to see if it would reset by itself. So I unplugged every wires behind the radio (4) + antenna for about 48hrs. After that I tried to plug the wires back in but I am getting no power in the radio whatsoever and the radio was actually working before I unplugged everything. So now the AC is acting on its own. I'm unable to control it. When I'm taking off the battery and putting it back I can ear the Cds being placed in the radio (so the radio have power I guess). But can't turn it on or control the heat /AC of my car. Any ideas of what I could do instead of going after market? What to search for? Thanks
