The g35s already have a nice, functional, safe setup. I'm in the works of using a hole saw to cut my radiator support, similar to the 350z style. That way I can guide air directly in the bay from behind my grille, I've always loved the 350z air ducts. I'll have pictures tomorrow after work when I start playing with it, I want my new stillen setup to get nice fresh air!

Haha I want less safe. More power.
But I've always wanted to do the Z setup but not good enough with tools to drill it

You will never get any significant hp gains even if you were to run the filter straight out of the hood, it's minimal but it's something. I personally like to keep stuff safe and up high due to water, unless you plan to buy a new motor if you suck some up. Look into a z tube, stillen, or even just drop in a k&n filter. That's a good start I think.

Not worth it.

Z-tube, drop in K&N, move on to something else.

Supplying air into the engine is usually never the issue. The bottlenecks tend to occur further upstream when size restrictions from the MAF, throttle body and intake manifold design start to restrict how much air an engine can ingest.

The G35 intake track is pretty efficient and there really isn't much to be improved on.

I'm in California, sorry about the late reply, your comment didn't show up in my phone for whatever reason.

I see the guy below me may have snagged the wing, but if he doesn't want it Id be glad to pay for it/shipping!

In my opinion I wouldn't do it, now that I set it on my car it's way oversized and would be hard to mount it. Let me see if I have anything else....

Lips like mine are about 20 bucks on ebay if you decide to keep it simple.

Honestly I don't think it's TOO bad, just a little wide. Do you think you could take a pic straight on from the rear? So I could see how far out it goes.

I kind of like it however haha.
Nice tail lights btw. Did you get new blacked lights or just put smoke over them?
