OEM or Aftermarket ?? also painter in SO CAL ?

Finally was able to get my front bumper cover from Outcast garage after i busted the original one in the freeway, and i didnt want to go with the stock look.

I installed it already just need to get it painted.. If anyone knows of a good painter in so cal area let me know preferably in the I.E.

When i busted the front bumper cover i also busted the inside wheel covers which I have a friend that works at a Infiniti dealer and he is the parts manager. He can get me both left and right side for $75 but was wondering if i should look in the aftermarket area for those and maybe save a few bucks. I have an aftermarket bumper after all ...

What do you guys think stock oem wheel covers $75 or after markets for about $60??
might seem as a dumb question but my concern is more on durability .. You cant really see the covers anyway and its not like anyone is like " wow dude nice fender liner/wheel cover"

For a $15 difference, I would go stock. Also, unless you're going to blend the paint job, you should have had the cover painted b4 you installed it.

I went with the stock ones but my friend had to order them. Hopefully will get them by wednesday as they didnt have them in stock.

Also i installed it first since we had to drill the holes and put some elbow grease into it to make sure everything fit and aligned as best as possible. Now im gonna remove it to send it for painting.

At the top of the SoCal page is a list of recommended shops, we don't list shops that don't do good work! Pick a few in your area and check em out...Gary

I looked at that website and they actually have them listed for $17 each plus a $28 shipping fee... thats $62 .. i didnt go through completely with the order but most likely they will charge taxes on top of that as everyone does specially to CA.. but even without the taxes thats only $13 difference once you add the taxes the difference is less.. Yet at the dealer i will get OEM parts ( not really a big thing as they are just wheel well's but still). Also shipping is about 3-7 days atleast and at the dealer i get them alot faster..

Also having the friend as the part manager he can just cancel the order if i needed him to do so.

so i dont really see the big HA HA in your statement... thanks for the info on that website ,, ja ja ja
