Yeah bud just a little too wide, sorry . You are legal but you will get flack for it being 10 mm too wide.

 

What if I roll out the fenders would that help?

Depending on the suspension set up you could potentially damage the fenders when the wheels rise up into the well. Go to a modern body shop, show them the picture posted here, and ask them for a pull and roll. This will make the fenders a tad wider to the tune of ~75 an axle.
