Coilovers vs Lowering springs advice

Hello, this is my first time posting a thread. I just need an advice from people that have owned these cars for a long time and know what they are talking about.

I have a 2005 G35x. I would like to go a bit lower than the current suspension. Not too low though. I am not looking to enter shows or car racing. I just want the car to look good.

What do you guys recommend? Coilovers or lowering springs?

If coilovers what brand?

If lowering springs what brand and should I upgrade my shocks as well?

Thanks for all of your help.

If you were to go coilovers, almost everyone here recommends BC coilovers.

Not familiar with springs/shocks though, but generally when you upgrade the springs, it's highly recommended to do the shocks as well, which in turn equals out the cost of coilovers. Except with springs you wont have adjustability.

You will also need to look into a rear and front camber kit as well. Suspension is freaking costly.
