Tires

jacked my car up the other day and my tire was a able to turn 360 degrees should that be able to happen? Really need help

SRSLY, what do you mean, "turns 360degrees"?

Perhaps he means rotation around the Z-axis, which I agree might be a slight problem. Otherwise I don't understand the question.
