SES, VDC off, Slip light on. Car will not start.

As the title says the lights have been on for roughly a month or so. I pulled codes awhile back and the o2 sensors and cam sensors came up. Swapped the cam sensors and car ran fine again for a little but the lights remained on. I still haven't swapped the o2 sensors though. Recently replaced the fuel pump and battery. I double checked to make sure the fuel pump was good and it is. The ran okay last night. I woke up this morning and the car simply won't start. I turn the key and the engine just turns. The SES light comes on and off in roughly 3 second intervals while trying to start the car. I don't know if that means anything. Any help is greatly appreciated. Anything I can do just to drive up the block to get fresh codes pulled off or something?

I'm not sure. I'm not a car literate person. Unfortunately.
