1. does coupe catback exhuast fit for the sedans?
2. If not... can the coupe muffler jus be replaced for the older sedan muffler
3. How many ground wires are there that you need or could change...
4. What and where can i get the good ground wires???

Well, I asked some of those questions at my infiniti dealer. The guys in parts said that the coupe muffler cannot be put on the sedan because our extra tire box is in the way and the extra muffler on the right would be to close to a part of much vital importance (i forgot what the name of that part was-my bad). As a result, the coupe's catback wil not fit the sedan.

1. Depends. If the catback is aftermarket and it is NOT a true dual system then the y-pipe and midpipe should fit. If the catback is a true dual system then none of it will fit. In either case a coupe muffler will not fit the sedan whatsoever.

2. See answer 1.

3. You don't really need any ground wires, unless your running some crazy audio setup. The grounding from the factory is satisfactory. For the AT's some people have claimed that it helps the shifts to be a bit smoother but I have no experience with that myself. It doesn't really do a whole lot for the MT's. There are various kits out there that have anywhere from 5-10 or even more wires.

4. Do a search. Someone here sells kits. You can also probably find several kits manufactured by bigger tooner companies on the net. IMO many of the kits out there are overpriced. You can make one yourself for around $35.

Gordon Gee sells grounding kits made specifically for our G35s. He started a company that has grown pretty well called GroundingGear. He is an administrator here on G35Drivers.com, user name gordgee. You can PM him and ask about his kits. He has a basic 5 wire kit. The 7 wire is for the ATs and the 10 wire really makes the Automatic Transmission models shift WAY better. I have his 10 wire set that I added upon and am very happy with it.
