I'm looking to purchase either the G35 or G35 X.
G35 has 88K miles.
G35 X 116k miles.

I had owned a 350Z many years ago and love the VQ engines. So if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm in Lancaster, PA.

The question is do you want awd or not. I got an awd mostly cause winters in New England can suck. And after 5 years in a rwd I decided to get awd.

 

Given your location - I'd get the G35X (presuming both of them are in good shape and there's a reduction in price for the added miles). My 2005 G35X is awesome.

 

I bought my G in FL and had it there for three years and loved it. I moved to PA in 2009 and have been here since with my RWD coupe. I got an Audi A4 Quattro from my in-laws for free to use during the winter, since this car has caused the pucker factor numerous times in snow, ice, rain, etc... during winter months.

 

Really a question of if you want/need AWD or not.


RWD with snow tires is an option as well. AWD is pretty pointless if your goal is to throw 19" rims w summer performance tires on and drive that year round
