Changed out my valve cover gaskets a few days ago. Everything was running fine then out of the nowhere these codes came up. Car starts up fine but after it warms up it idles rough.

Changed out the cam position sensor bank 2, also did oil change,oil filter, coil change, still need spark plugs(ngk iridum remain)

I've been having the same problem with my g. I just ordered coil packs just because the car hit 100k but I also cleaned my maf sensor and still not working well. Does yours not shake when it's a cold start but start shaking once it warms up?

I'd say check for a vacuum leak. Easy to happen when putting back the plenum after all that. Checking for the oil filler neck not stuck under the plenum etc
