Reading Torque Specs?

Reading Torque Specs?
Hi, installing my new compression rod and I see three different sets of torque specs. Can anyone confirm in order which one is which? Pretty sure the middle one is Nm but I want to make 100 % sure.

Glad you asked, it could be confusing and then you end up over torquing lots of stuff.
