PCV cleaning might take all of 10 minutes, is it really worth replacing?

Also, check for cracks in the rubber coupler between the intake tube and throttle body. Cracks in that coupler (or anywhere after the MAF) can pull in unmetered air and cause idling issues.
Good advice Scraggle, however the PCV valve never needs to be replaced...only cleaned! Remove and squirt carb cleaner down each end, shake until it radials, dump the cleaner and reinstall. Do this ever 30K miles and you've removed the PCV valve ever being an issue.

Whether or not that's true, a PCV valve is cheaper than a can of carb cleaner. I would also only trust that advice if it was regularly maintained. At 190k miles and most likely never been done..I'd just replace it and start over.

Ok now that I've replaced the plugs I'm getting an oil burning smell from the passenger side near the intake manifold where the plug. I know this is vague but any clue what this may be. May check engine light is off now. I'm clueless at this point. Gonna clean the throttle body, MAF, and get a pcv valve today

I would suspect that's just the result of 190K miles without changing plugs. What I can't understand is how someone buys a car with 134K miles and doesn't make sure all routine maintenance is done before driving another 60K: fluids, brakes, belts, spark plugs etc.

OP I'm not trying to make you mad, just trying to understand your mindset.

Ok fellas I'm at a loss. I changed plugs, new pcv valve, cleaned my MAF and my SES light came back on after I turned it off. No oil deposits and no oil on my coils. Any idea what it could be?

What code did it pop up before you turned the light off? I'll bet it shows your issue. Fix whatever it is and you should be good to go. This isn't rocket science.....
