I've began to debadge, and came across a thread about the rear trunk emblem and how you would need to fill in holes that emblem slides into.. is this true for the 2006 sedan?

yea 03-06 have holes behind the emblem. I would recommend lowering the emblem a bit (covering the holes with the top of the emblem so it's more centered on the trunk) and debadge everything else, unless you're planning on filling the holes and repainting the whole trunk
