Engine Replacement - What parts to replace while engine is out?

Disclaimer... I've searched... and searched and have been reading threads for a month now before proceeding with swapping the engine instead of rebuilding it.

2003 Sedan - 250k miles, little/no compression, pulled engine picked up one with 100k miles and warranty.

Already plan to replace the following while the engine is out and things are easier to reach. Looking for any other sensors or parts that are notorious for replacing (hard to reach) I should do now while the engine is on the stand instead of in the car. Like knock sensor, crank sensor, etc?

Replacing:
Valve cover gaskets
Water pump
Alternator (Good lord that thing is crammed down in there)
Plugs
All drive belts
Trans cooling lines+clamps (clamps corroded, had to cut them)

Thanks!

If you're doing the water pump, might as well do the tensioners while your in there.
