So I have an 04 "Premium" that I am parting out. I also have a 03 "Base 6MT" and I want to use a few things off the 04 like the mirror with the built in **** and the headlight switch with auto off. Does anyone know if there is any "special" wiring for the headlight switch? Or can I just swap it over?

I haven't specifically taken one apart to verify the differences but TYPICALLY the wiring harnesses are the same and the unused connectors are taped back against the harness for base model vehicles without the premium electronic options. I have never seen a vehicle to date that used two separate wiring harnesses for a base vs. premium package.

The electrochromatic rear view mirror is going to be a pain, that wire goes through the headliner, down an a-pillar, and into the dash, it's going to be quite a bit of interior takedown to do the whole swap.
