Only makes this noise when starting and when I first put it in gear, no other time. After put in gear you don't hear the noise anymore. Oil levels are perfect, drives fine, stills grabs gears like it's supposed to. I really don't know and it's worrying me.

 

I'd start with visually watching the engine as it starts, make sure it's not moving around in the engine compartment (broken or worn motor mount), next I'd get it on a lift and inspect the exhaust system for a broken hanger (start the motor, reproductive the issue while someone checks), then have the starter tested for proper DISENGAGEMENT. Something is definitely awry.

 

I've come to the conclusion that it's and exhaust manifold leak. It goes away as the car warms up and is much louder on cold starts. Also car has became loud than before and not in the way I would like. Sorry for the slow reply been super busy
