G35 ignition switch/cylinder replacement

Hi everyone, a few days ago someone attempted to steal my sedan, the thief broke the ignition switch/cylinder along with the nats antenna. I ordered a new cylinder with immobilizer and I was wondering what it's going to take to make everything happy with the nats system. Should I be able to just call a locksmith or is this a dealer only thing? (Not going with a nats disable)

Should be fine, the sensor on the ignition switch just sends the data, the ECU has all the programming.

...what kind of dumbass tries to steal one of these anyways? Must not have known about the NATS.

How did the replacement go? I think I need to replace the ignition cylinder lock on my '04. I have the steering wheel off and dash apart but cannot figure out how to get the thing out of there.
