G35 crank issue after replacing transmission

Swapped 2005 infinity g35 sedan with a 2005 nissan 350z tranny... it shifts good or what not but i have a littlw but of a loss in power i say maybe 30%... and crank issues...

I'd get back under it and FULLY inspect the wiring for the crank position sensor to make sure nothing is damaged. Start at the harness, unplug, make sure the pins look clean and no condensation or debris, follow the wires up and look for damage.

If the engine is cranking (or running) and the ECU doesn't see the signal from the crank sensor then it generates that code.
